What happens if pubic hair grows during Hajj, and what if semen is discharged during Tawaf?

It is Sunnah for the pilgrim to perform ghusl (ritual bath) and cleanse oneself before entering into ihram. It is not permissible for him to clip his nails or shave his pubic hair or armpits after entering ihram until he exits it. If he does so, he must offer a fidyah (expiation): fasting for three days, or feeding six needy persons, or slaughtering a sheep.

If pubic hair grows or nails become long during the rituals, there is no fault on the pilgrim in ihram.

As for the emission of semen: If it occurred without action or looking: There is no harm in it, and ghusl is obligatory. If it occurred during tawaf, he should continue his tawaf and repeat the circuit in which the event occurred if the tawaf was obligatory. If it occurred due to an action (such as repeatedly looking or touching): This is a transgression and a lack of proper conduct with Allah, and repentance is obligatory. The emission of semen does not invalidate Hajj according to the majority of scholars (Hanafis, Shafi'is, and Hanbalis). Malikis: It invalidates Hajj if it occurred due to prolonged looking before the tawaf al-ifadah and the throwing of the pebbles at al-Aqabah, or either of them. If it was emitted merely by thought or looking without prolongation, it does not invalidate Hajj, but a sacrificial camel (badanah) is required. Hanbali school: If one looks and then averts his gaze and semen is emitted, a sheep is required. If he repeatedly looks until semen is emitted, a camel (badanah) is required. Shafi'is and Hanafis: No fidyah is required for looking with desire or for contemplation.
