Is it permissible to marry the sister of the maternal uncle's wife, given the complex familial relationship between them?

It is permissible to marry your maternal uncle's wife's sister, and likewise, to marry your father's direct paternal aunt's daughter or her granddaughter, whether through her son or daughter. This is based on the Almighty's saying: (Lawful to you are all beyond those mentioned) An-Nisa/24, and His saying: (and daughters of your paternal uncles and daughters of your paternal aunts and daughters of your maternal uncles and daughters of your maternal aunts) Al-Ahzab/50. So, all daughters of paternal aunts and maternal aunts, their daughters, and their granddaughters are permissible, unless there is an impediment due to suckling.
