Does the word "al-ba'ah" in the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Whoever among you can afford al-ba'ah, let him marry" mean place or dwelling, based on Quranic verses such as: "And [mention, O Muhammad], when you set out early from your family to arrange for the believers places for the battle" [3:121] and Prophetic hadiths such as: "Whoever intentionally lies about me, let him take his seat in Hellfire," which would necessitate the availability of an independent house for marriage, otherwise the contract would be invalid due to the فساد (corruption) of the wife mingling with the husband's brothers?

The original linguistic meaning of "ba'ah" is residence or dwelling. It is said as "al-ba'ah" (الباءة) and "al-ba'" (الباء), derived from "al-maba'ah" (المباءة), meaning a dwelling, because when a man marries a woman, he provides her with a dwelling. It is also said because a man "yabawwa'" (يتبوأ) from his family, meaning he establishes himself, just as he establishes himself in his home.
