It is permissible for a man to enjoy his wife's entire body, with the exception of two cases: anal intercourse, which is an abhorrent act and its perpetrator is cursed, and vaginal intercourse during menstruation or postpartum bleeding, which is forbidden by the text of the Quran. As for anything else, it is permissible to enjoy it in all circumstances, even if it leads to the emission of semen, and the husband may masturbate with his wife's hand.
