What is the ruling on a man pleasuring himself with his hand with his wife during menstruation or post-childbirth bleeding when she is tired?

A man is permitted to enjoy his wife in any manner, except for two situations: anal intercourse, or vaginal intercourse while she is menstruating or in postpartum bleeding (nifas). As for masturbation by the wife's hand, it is permissible at any time. However, by the husband's hand, it is forbidden. The husband should take into consideration his wife's condition.
