Should a Hafiz of the Qur'an, who perceives himself as negligent in worship and committing some sins, cease leading people in Tarawih prayers?

We advise you to fear Allah, strive against your self, and keep the company of the righteous. Do not abandon leading people in prayer or reciting to them, as there is no harm upon you in that. Memorizing the Qur’an is one of Allah’s greatest blessings, and its bearer has special qualities: he should be humble, forbearing, wise, and characterized by tranquility. To treat what you are feeling, recite and listen to the Qur’an frequently, adhere to the company of the righteous, maintain prayer in the mosque and in congregation, and persevere in gatherings of knowledge and remembrance. Do not abandon leading people in prayer, for this is from the whispers of Satan to distance you from good people.
