Did Ibn Abbas interpret some of the verses regarding Allah's attributes, such as the Kursi (Chair/Footstool), Allah's coming, the 'A'yun (Eyes), the Aydi (Hands), the Face of your Lord, and the Saq (Shin/Leg), as mentioned in the interpretations of Tabari, Al-Nasafi, Al-Qurtubi, Al-Baghawi, and Al-Khazin?

The predecessors of the Ummah affirmed the divine attributes without distortion or anthropomorphism. What is attributed to Ibn Abbas regarding the interpretation of Al-Kursi (the Throne), the coming of the Lord, the eye, the face, and the leg is not authentic from him, because what is narrated from him is either weak in its chain of transmission, or it is not valid to consider it an interpretation, but rather an interpretation by implication while affirming the attribute, or that the verse is not among the verses of attributes. Sheikh Faisal bin Qazzaz Al-Jasim discussed this in his book "Al-Ashaa'irah in the Balance of Ahl Al-Sunnah."
