Are there Surah Al-Hafd and Surah Al-Khul'a?

The "Surat al-Khal" (Chapter of Discarding) refers to the supplication: "O Allah, we seek Your help, and we seek Your forgiveness, and we praise You with all good, and we thank You and are not ungrateful to You, and we discard and abandon whoever disobeys You." And the "Surat al-Hafd" (Chapter of Hastening) refers to the supplication: "O Allah, You alone we worship, and to You alone we pray and prostrate, and to You alone we strive and hasten, hoping for Your mercy and fearing Your punishment. Indeed, Your punishment will surely befall the disbelievers." Both are supplications from the Qunut prayers. It has been mentioned that they were two surahs that Allah revealed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and then abrogated. Ubayy ibn Ka'b had written them in his Mushaf (copy of the Quran).
