Does fondling the penis without the intention of ejaculation, then seeing a clear fluid afterwards, invalidate the fast?

This transparent fluid is madhy (pre-seminal fluid). Whatever it touches on the body or clothes must be purified, and one must perform wudu for prayer. Its emission does not invalidate the fast.
