Is what is meant by shunning whispers the contravention of what a person doubts?

The meaning of what we have mentioned is that the one afflicted with whispers (waswas) should disregard these whispers and doubts, and not pay them any attention. If he doubts in his prayer whether he prayed two or three rak'ahs, he should consider them three. If he doubts whether he prostrated once or twice, he should consider them two prostrations, and so on until Allah grants him healing.
