To get rid of these whisperings, it is recommended to seek help through beneficial knowledge, to apply the rules of Sharia when facing waswas, and to ensure the correctness of one's acts of worship. It is also recommended to frequently engage in the remembrance of Allah Almighty, for through His remembrance, hearts find tranquility.
