Cursing the religion or cursing Allah is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. It is not permissible for a woman to remain with a man who disbelieves in Allah and curses the religion; rather, she must separate from him immediately. His case must be brought before a judge. The wife's money is her property, and the maintenance of the wife and children is obligatory upon the husband.
