Is a person considered to have prayed if he did not enter the house after returning and remained in the street with friends?

The hadith stating that a person is rewarded as if they are in prayer refers to someone who is waiting for prayer, as stated in the Sahihayn: "One of you is still in prayer as long as the prayer detains him." As for someone who has prayed and left, there is no hadith indicating that they are rewarded like one who was in prayer. However, it is confirmed that the steps of their return home are recorded for them, just as the steps of their coming to the mosque are recorded, based on the words of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Allah has gathered all of that for you."
