How does one perform ablution on an airplane if water is absent, frozen, insufficient, or its use is prohibited, and there is no dust available?

A passenger on an airplane bed may perform Tayammum if he finds dust. If he does not find dust, he should pray without ritual purity if he is unable to attain it, based on the Almighty’s saying: (So fear Allah as much as you are able). He should also delay the prayer by combining it with the next if he can land at the airport at the end of the time for the second prayer that is being combined. If he cannot do so, he should pray according to his circumstances.
