Is it permissible to remember Allah during intercourse or before performing ghusl after it?

The remembrance (dhikr) related to intercourse has three situations: The first is before it, and it is legislatively مطلوب (desirable/recommended) by saying: "Bismillah, Allahumma jannibna al-Shaytan, wa jannib al-Shaytan ma razaqtana" (In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from us, and keep Satan away from what You bless us with). The second is during it, and it is permissible in the heart, but it is disliked to utter it verbally. The third is after it and before ghusl (ritual bathing), and it is permissible, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to remember Allah at all times. Reading the Qur'an for a person in a state of janabah (major ritual impurity) is an exception from dhikr, as it is not permissible.
