Is it permissible to change the beneficiary of clothing donations to a charitable organization instead of the maid, after discovering her deceit?

If the gift was completed and the maid took possession of the clothes, then it is not permissible to revoke it or give it to someone else; because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who revokes his gift is like a dog that returns to its vomit." You are obliged to guarantee those clothes and must return them to their owner or give her similar ones or their value.

However, if the intention to donate was present but the maid had not yet taken possession of the clothes, then there is no harm in donating them to someone else; because mere intention is not considered a gift, and possession is a condition for the completion of a gift.
