Are the paternal uncles of the nursing mother considered محارم to the one she nursed?

If a woman suckles a girl, that girl becomes forbidden to the wet nurse's paternal uncles, just like her own daughters by blood lineage, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "What is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by suckling." The suckling that causes prohibition consists of five full, satisfying sucklings.
