"Suckling establishes the same prohibitions that consanguinity establishes," as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is prohibited by lineage is prohibited by suckling." So, if the woman suckled from your grandmother, she is a to you, either an paternal aunt through suckling (if the grandmother is on the father's side) or a maternal aunt through suckling (if the grandmother is on the mother's side). It is stipulated that there must be five full, satisfying sucklings.
