Is studying accounting and working in it Haram?

It is permissible to work in the accounting profession unless it involves something forbidden, such as writing down usury (riba) and its accounts. This applies to all permissible professions; it is not allowed to use them to assist in a forbidden matter, such as building cinemas or usurious banks.
