What is obligatory upon you is to return to preserving the obligatory prayers and performing the supererogatory ones, for neglecting the prescribed prayer is among the gravest sins. What will help you in this is to bear in mind the seriousness of neglecting prayer, to strive earnestly, to reflect on death and what comes after it, and to turn to Allah with sincerity and truthfulness through supplication and fervent prayer, and to accompany righteous and good people and abandon the company of idlers.
