Is it permissible to write the Beautiful Names of Allah on school walls to prevent inappropriate writings?

The names of Allah Almighty are to be glorified and revered. Writing them on walls exposes them to dirt and alteration of their letters, which leads to their degradation. This act is an innovation (bid'ah), and it is reprehensible if done to preserve the cleanliness of the walls, as it is seeking worldly gain through an act meant for the Hereafter. The jurists (fuqaha') disliked writing the Qur'an and the names of Allah on walls because it leads to their degradation.
