Is it permissible for a woman to wish that another woman not be blessed with a male child, because that woman is domineering toward her husband and mistreats him?

If what goes on in one's mind is merely a feeling or thought that has not settled, been spoken aloud, or acted upon, then there is nothing in it, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for whatever they whisper to themselves, as long as they do not speak of it or act upon it."

However, if it is spoken of or acted upon, then the person must seek forgiveness, repent, and follow a bad deed with a good one. A Muslim must not object to Allah's decree and destiny, nor envy others for Allah's blessings.
