What is the ruling on preventing a wife from contacting her family after Maghrib prayer, while allowing her to do so throughout the day and visit them weekly?

Since the husband allows his wife to visit her family and contact them, there is no harm in him preventing her from contacting them after sunset. He may have a valid reason for that, and the wife must obey him.
