What is the ruling on a husband designating the time of stay with his two wives for a period after Maghrib or Asr prayer, and is it permissible for him not to visit her on her designated night?

Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning justice between wives if they are in different countries. You have the right to demand from your husband that he make up for the time he spent with his other wife after his travel, based on the opinion of some scholars who hold the obligation of justice. However, if he has an excuse, it is better not to press him, especially if you fear that it might lead to dispute or divorce. You should exercise patience and maintain a good relationship.

As for the division of time (Qasm), scholars have stipulated that its foundation is the night, and the daytime is included as a تابع (subordinate). It is not permissible for a husband to enter upon one of his wives during another's turn at night without necessity, or during the day without need, except with the consent of the wife whose turn it is. If your husband violates this, advise him kindly.
