1. Is it necessary for the wife who did not travel with her husband to make up the days when he traveled with another wife to visit her family, or for a trip of leisure and recreation? 2. Is it permissible to divide the time between two wives daily, so that from Asr to Isha is with the first wife, and from Isha to sleep is with the second, with an overnight stay alternating nights? And should the objection of one of the wives to this distribution be considered? 3. How is the wife who accompanies her husband on a business or trade trip chosen? Is the choice based on the husband's desire or equally among the wives?

The husband must be just among his wives. If he intends to travel for trade, he should not travel with one of them except by drawing lots or with their mutual consent. As for a travel for relocation, it is not permissible for him to travel with some of his wives without the others, even by drawing lots. He must either take them all with him or reside with each one in her own country. In the case of temporary travel, the husband is not obligated to make up the travel period for the wife who remained behind. However, if he stays in a country for a long period, he must make up the period of residence. The minimum period for division (of time) among wives is one night for each. It is not permissible for the husband to enter upon a wife during another's turn except for an urgent necessity.
