Is it more authoritative that cupping therapy nullifies ablution?

Cupping (Al-Hijamah) is the incision of a body part and the suction of blood from it for the purpose of treatment. It is recommended due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If there is any good in your remedies, it is in a cupper's incision, or a drink of honey, or a cauterization with fire that suits the ailment, but I do not like to be cauterized." And his saying: "The best thing you can treat yourselves with is cupping." The blood that comes out of it does not invalidate ablution (wudu') according to the majority of scholars, in contrast to the Hanbalis who believe that it does invalidate it if it is abundant, citing a weak hadith from Aisha.
