If you predominantly believe your husband is truthful in his inquiry for a , then there is no harm for you in acting upon that fatwa. However, if you predominantly believe he is lying, then you are not permitted to act upon that fatwa; because information is accepted when its truthfulness is predominantly believed, and it is rejected when its falsehood is predominantly believed.
