Will Allah honor the student with a perfect score in the exam, after her negligence at the beginning of the year, knowing that she is capable of it, or would this be an injustice to her friend who strived from the beginning of the year and achieved perfect scores in the partial exams? And is it possible for both of them to achieve a perfect score?

Your achieving a perfect score does not involve injustice to anyone, as the matter depends on Allah's enabling grace and your mental faculties, and not solely on the effort expended. We advise you to abandon this line of thinking, seek Allah's help, strive diligently in your studies, and then be content with the outcome.
