Does divorce take effect with the words "Go to your father's house" or "I don't want you" if the intention is to push the wife to seek divorce, not to issue it? And does an explicit divorce take effect during menstruation?

You erred by divorcing your wife willingly to get rid of obsessive thoughts (waswas), and this is a wrong approach, against which Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen warned, for Satan creates discord between a person and his family. The cure for waswas is not to yield to what Satan desires, but rather to seek refuge in Allah from him. It appears from the question that the last divorce was by your choice, and thus the wife has become irrevocably divorced from you (baynunah kubra).

We advise you to present the matter to trustworthy scholars in your country. Whoever asks and is reassured by their fatwa (definition) does not need to search further and ask again. We also advise you to strive to rid yourself of obsessive thoughts by ignoring them and seeking Allah's help.
