Does divorce occur by saying "Go" to my wife in the bathroom, and by repeating the command to my mother during a stressful situation, and should I act upon the Sheikh's fatwa that divorce does not occur?

What happened with the wife or what was said to the mother does not constitute a divorce. This is a form of waswasah (whispers/obsessive thoughts) that should be ignored. You should act upon the fatwa that it does not constitute a divorce and refrain from repeatedly asking about these waswasah.
