If you did not intend divorce by saying to your wife: "Go to your family's house," then no divorce occurs because it is an ambiguous phrase (kinayah). And your saying: "the free or explicit divorce," intending her departure, does not constitute a divorce between you and Allah. If you know this to be true about yourself, then it does not affect you, and it is advisable to disregard obsessive thoughts.
