Is the blood that comes out of chicken, beef, lamb, and fish while preparing them considered impure, and must clothes splattered with this water mixed with blood be washed?

If the blood that mixes with water when washing chicken is the effused blood that exits during slaughter, then it is impure (najis) and renders the water and clothes impure if they become contaminated with it. They must be purified, unless it is a small amount that is excused. As for the blood remaining in the veins after slaughter, it is pure (tahir) and excused, and does not need to be washed, as is the blood of the liver and heart. The blood of fish is a matter of differing opinion, but it is more cautious to wash it if it is abundant.
