Is wearing the niqab forbidden (haram)?

If what is meant by Niqab is the woman covering her face completely, then it is obligatory, and the one who does so is correct, and no attention should be paid to those who deem it forbidden.

And if what is meant by it is revealing only the eyes, then there is no harm in it, with caution against expanding it and revealing any other part of the face.
