Are the Prophetic tidings of Paradise or forgiveness, such as loving Surah Al-Ikhlas or preferring daughters with food, restricted to those to whom they were addressed, or do they include whoever does similar deeds?

The glad tidings mentioned in the hadiths are realized in the persons about whom they were revealed. However, it is hoped that whoever performs deeds similar to theirs will attain the same great rewards. The difference is that we do not assert for anyone else that Allah loves them or has forgiven them, because the knowledge of that comes through revelation, and revelation ceased with the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
