Does God accept the repentance of a girl who made a mistake and committed indecency with a young man who deceived her with marriage then betrayed her? And will God restore her rights from him? What is the punishment for this young man? And is hymenoplasty considered deception of the future husband? And should she advise the young man's fiancée, despite fearing scandal?

There is no doubt that inciting, beautifying, and assisting in disobedience are forbidden, and that the perpetrator is sinful, including those who deceive girls and lead them into sin.

Nevertheless, the questioner is not a victim exempt from sin; rather, she is wronging herself and willingly committing what is forbidden. She must repent to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, while concealing her affair and cutting off her relationship with this young man.

Regarding warning the other girl, it is not obligatory to advise her unless the questioner is sought for advice. If she is sought for advice, then advising her becomes obligatory. If the man has repented and become righteous, then it is not permissible to disclose this. Otherwise, she should warn her in a way that deters her from him without mentioning details or direct accusations.
