There is no harm in opening a YouTube channel for legitimate purposes such as entertaining girls and offering advice, provided that the Islamic guidelines of modesty, good manners, proper dress, and refraining from a submissive tone of voice are observed. It is not permissible to show the face, even if it is free of makeup, as the preponderant opinion is that it is obligatory to cover it. The matter is even more serious if makeup is applied, because it entails showing the face adorned with cosmetics.
