What is the ruling on a girl appearing with her legitimate hijab on YouTube to present educational, informative, and motivational content, without speaking in a 'soft' or 'alluring' manner? Is it valid for her to say: "I wear my hijab, I do not speak in an 'alluring' manner, and I am not responsible for others if they are tempted by me?"

What we issue fatwas on is the obligation for a woman to cover her face and hands. Therefore, it is not permissible for her to appear on channels with her face uncovered. As for whoever follows the opinion that allows uncovering the face, there is no objection to her appearing with her face uncovered, as long as she adheres to the শর‘ঈ hijab. If a woman adheres to the শর‘ঈ hijab, then the infatuation of others with her does not harm her.
