What is the ruling regarding the wife who has been irrevocably divorced from her husband three times remaining in the marital home, which she contributed to purchasing, given the presence of children and fear for the future of the daughter?

A woman who has been irrevocably divorced (three times) is not permitted to live with her ex-husband because he has become a stranger to her, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "No man should spend the night with a woman unless he is her husband or a محرم (unmarriageable kin)," and based on the Almighty’s saying: "And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until she marries another husband." She must live with her family or rent an independent residence. Her commitment to raising her children does not permit her to commit what is forbidden.
