A revocably divorced woman is still subject to divorce and is considered a wife. A conditional divorce using the phrase "three divorces" results in three divorces upon the fulfillment of the condition, according to the majority of scholars. It must also be noted that a revocably divorced woman must remain in her husband's home during her iddah (waiting period) and is not permitted to leave except out of necessity. The husband is also not permitted to expel her, based on the Almighty's saying: "Do not expel them from their homes, nor should they leave, unless they commit a clear immorality."
