Will the questioner be held accountable for not communicating with his father who abandoned him 20 years ago, does not pray, drinks alcohol, curses God and religion, did not ask about him or spend on him, and expelled him when he tried to communicate with him?

Whoever becomes aware of your father, who curses God and the religion of Islam, must gently denounce his actions, for this is apostasy from Islam. And whatever emanates from him, he remains a father to whom kindness and dutifulness are obligatory. Among the greatest acts of dutifulness is striving for his guidance by supplicating for him, and maintaining ties with him as much as possible. Likewise, the husband must treat his wife well and fulfill her rights, and he is obligated to provide for his daughter who has no wealth until she marries. His negligence in this regard is a sin.
