Is the saying, "All of us are in the belly of the whale, so increase your supplications with 'There is no deity except You; glory be to You! Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers,'" valid, considering that "the belly of the whale" is intended to mean the world and its troubles?

There is no harm in the saying, "Allah has not created a servant except that his worry is with him," if it is intended to mean that this world is not devoid of hardship or harm. And frequently repeating it is good, for it is one of the greatest forms of remembrance, and it does not involve cursing time or showing discontent with destiny, as long as this is the intended meaning.
