What is the authenticity of the saying: "No servant sought a matter of worldly affairs except that he was granted an equal measure of worry"?

It is not authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he forbade praying for the good of this world. Rather, there are reports that indicate its permissibility, such as the supplication, "Our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the Fire." What is blameworthy is for this world to be the ultimate concern and pursuit of the servant, such that he becomes preoccupied with it to the exclusion of the Hereafter, or seeks it through unlawful means.
