If a person does not observe speed limits and causes a fatal traffic accident, he is considered sinful, and the killing is classified as involuntary manslaughter, because the driver did not intend to commit the crime against a person. As for intentional homicide, it is when a person intends to kill another with something that usually kills, such as a sword, a knife, or a rifle, or intentionally runs him over with a car, and so on.
