Do the angels curse a wife if she withholds herself from her husband who neglects her and falls short in fulfilling her rights, who only comes to her house to sleep and then leaves, and who treats her differently from his other wife?

A husband must deal justly between his wives in terms of overnight stays and financial support. He must spend the night with each wife on her designated night. He is permitted to go out at the beginning of the night for a need and during the day for livelihood. However, if by "legitimate right" he means fulfilling his desire and then leaving, he is doing wrong and is an oppressor.

Financial support, according to what is customary, is obligatory, and his failure to provide it is an injustice. Some scholars have permitted a woman to boycott her oppressive husband, and she has the right to deny him his right if he denies her hers.

Traveling for leisure or 'Umrah with one wife does not obligate traveling with the other in the same manner. There is a detailed ruling regarding making up for overnight stays. A husband is not obligated to purchase household necessities unless custom dictates it.

No statement has been reported from the people of knowledge regarding the obligation for a husband to take his wife to the doctor, and the majority of jurists do not consider the expenses of treatment and medicine obligatory upon the husband.

It is not permissible for a woman to seek divorce merely because her husband married another. However, if she is harmed by remaining with him, she has the right to seek separation.

As for the dwelling of a divorced woman who has custody of children, scholars have differed on this matter.
