Does one who says that a kaafir will enter Paradise become a kaafir?

Paradise is for believers and Hellfire is for disbelievers. Whoever does not declare a confirmed disbeliever—such as Iblis—to be a disbeliever, is himself a disbeliever. This is because he either believes that such a disbeliever will enter Paradise while not being a disbeliever, or while being a disbeliever. This contradicts the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah. As for reading a topic about disbelief or doubt due to whispers (waswas), it is not disbelief; rather, it is a clear sign of faith if the person dislikes these whispers.
