Is it permissible to sell an apartment to a person who pays part of its price and settles the remainder through an interest-based loan?

If you know that the buyer intends to borrow with usury to purchase the apartment, then it is not permissible for you to sell it to him, because that would be considered assisting in sin, and Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
