How can a woman fulfill her marital duties towards her husband while she is in her family's home, given that he neglects his duties and responsibilities towards her, their home, and their daughter?

The spousal and children's maintenance is obligatory upon the husband, even if the wife is wealthy. It includes: housing, clothing, food, medical treatment, and the children's education expenses. If the monthly allowance is insufficient, the wife has the right to demand what meets the sufficiency. If the husband does not respond, she can refer the matter to the Sharia court. The husband does not have the right to burden the wife with installments or rely on her for maintenance. It is forbidden for the wife to leave the marital home and refuse her husband's bed under the pretext of his neglect of rights; instead, she should resort to the judiciary.
