Who is Dhu al-Burda?
Perhaps the intended person referred to as "the one with the cloak" is Ka’b ibn Zuhayr, may Allah be pleased with him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clothed him with his cloak when Ka’b pledged allegiance to him and recited his famous poem.
