Is it true what Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said, that Laylat al-Qadr is more likely to be if one of the odd nights of the last ten days coincides with a Friday night?

Ibn Taymiyyah did not state that Laylat al-Qadr occurs on a Friday night among the odd nights. Rather, Ibn Rajab narrated from Ibn Hubayrah his saying: "If it falls on a Friday night among the odd nights of the last ten days, it is more likely than others." This statement may be based on the virtue of Friday night, but there is no legal evidence to support it. The hadiths indicate that Laylat al-Qadr moves among the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan, and the most likely of these nights is the twenty-seventh night, though not with certainty. What is prescribed is to strive diligently throughout all of the last ten days, following the example of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Scholars have unanimously agreed that it is confined to the last ten days of Ramadan, and the most likely nights are the odd nights. Some verifiable scholars have stated that it shifts every year.
