Does the hadith mean that Laylat al-Qadr is the 25th night, and why is there disagreement about its date despite the existence of this hadith?

The aforementioned hadith was narrated by Imam Ahmad and others, but its chain of narration is weak due to the solitary narration of Imran al-Qattan, who is considered weak by scholars. However, some scholars have deemed its chain of narration to be good (hasan). As long as there is disagreement regarding the authenticity of the hadith, it is not surprising that there is disagreement on whether it should be considered a decisive statement in determining Laylat al-Qadr, especially since there are more authentic hadiths indicating that it is the twenty-third night or the twenty-seventh night.
